TEAM & ROLE OVERVIEW
The Chief of Staff to the Chief of Operations (CoS) will be responsible for stewarding the strategic priorities of Uncommon’s Chief of Operations (CO). The CO is charged with aligning and optimizing operations across schools, regions, and the Uncommon Home Office, and the CoS will be a key driver in the CO’s achievement of that charge. The CoS will work closely with the CO and his team to drive and implement strategy, in addition to the Chiefs of Staff for the Chief Schools Officers (Uncommon’s instructional leaders) and various Home Office team leaders.
We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive and execute strategy through strong vision-setting, communication, planning, and relationship-building skills. The Chief of Staff must be able to navigate a complex organizational context and work closely with a variety of high-level leaders to bring the Chief of Operations’ priorities to life.
